Self Talk. This is your inner voice.
Self-talk is what you are telling yourself in moments of silence, moments when you are alone. The thoughts you have crossing your mind and sometimes you simply ignore or acknowledge them intentionally or unintentionally.
Self-talk is the internal narrative you hold about yourself. It’s your inner voice and you may or may not have spent much time thinking about it or giving it any attention.
The truth is, our self-talk has the largest influence on the way we see ourselves, and the world around us more than we realise.
Self-talk occurs from conscious and unconscious beliefs and biases that we hold about ourselves and the world generally.
Self-talk can be positive or negative – and which ever thoughts you pay most attention to will be the result of your reality.

Exercise Number One
Think of 10 sentences of positive self talk
10 examples of positive self talk you may want to say to yourself every day.
I am more than enough
I am proud of myself for trying to...
Even though I am facing a challenge of... I know I am learning a lot about myself during this time
I will always have a long way to go as self growth is unlimited
I am capable, I am strong minded and I can get through my inner battles.
Tomorrow is another day of me getting closer to loving myself
I have made a decision that whatever I put my mind to, I will achieve.
I can only control me. I will accept I cannot control others.
I am incredibly talented.
Today will a better brighter day for me.
Write down 10 examples of your own negative feelings towards yourself.
Write them down. I know this is difficult, trust this. Trust what I am helping you to do.
Now change them into positive sentences. You can do it.
Exercise Number Two
Write your dream life or who you are at your best. (yes dream life- dream big, money, your job, your business is not a barrier) Make sure it is specific.
Record it via voice note on your phone
Have a background music of your choice. It can be chill music, a dancy one, rap/hip hop. Whatever music resonates with you.
Listen to it everyday
Doing this will encourage you to take action. You are affirming everyday that you are working towards your dreams.

Reality/world will allow you to
Manifest your dreams
This will help you GIVE UP negative thoughts.
And you alone encourage yourself to create new actions and kindness towards yourself.
So create affirmations and listen to your audio back every morning.
You listening to your own voice is more impactful to your self image than anyone else around you. So value your own voice above others.
