7 ways of overcoming negative self-image Part 3

Gratitude is your anchor for positive self image.

Gratitude, comes from the Latin word gratus, which means "thankful, pleasing." When you feel gratitude, you're pleased by what someone did for you and also pleased by the results. Unlike indebtedness, you're not anxious about having to pay it back

Heres a few benefits of why practicing gratitude is so good for

I am going straight into this week‘s concept with an exercise.

Exercise lo

I am so happy and grateful now for…

7 worded sentence I say 5 TIMES every day and do not go to bed or complete my day without it.

Some days I found it very easy to be grateful for very specific tasks I’ve completed or something I have experienced.

The days I do not feel so grateful… when I think hard enough I am grateful for the most simplest things.

A hot shower, my pillows, being able to breathe.

Gratitude is low key. Gratitude is very simple.

But not many SAY IT, WRITE IT, LISTEN TO THEMSELVES BEING GRATEFUL.

Being grateful is a state of mind.

Being grateful is even when you are on your knees begging for the pain in your life to stop, you are still grateful for your heart beating.

Being grateful is even when your child is keeping you awake all night, you are still grateful for their very existence and waking up with them to be able to see the sun rise

Gratitude is beautiful when you do it alone.

Gratitude is magnificent when you share it with others.

Practice being grateful for little things you like about yourself.

You have a great smile.

You have a great laugh.

You give great hugs.

The more you focus on gratitude, the more your mind shifts to positivity.

You leave no room for a negative self-image.

Buy a gratitude book. It will change your life.

Write down I am happy and grateful now x 5 times

And complete that sentence before you head to bed.

I do it and so can you. Give it time and you will reap the rewards eventually
