Hi all.
I truly believe affirmations do change your life.
What are affirmations?
Affirmations are a statement made that is felt to be true.
Now I am here to say if you say something over and over again it will come true.
Absolutely TRUE! (unless you are wishing for something that does not exist e.g. unicorns)
Why do I believe this?
Because as soon as I started to practice affirmations specifically relating to me, my life changed massively.
I want the same for you.
Here are some steps you can take that I did:
Take time everyday to think of reasons why you love your life
Write down 10 sentences that you would like to come true in your life and read them out 3 times a day with your hand on your heart
Read 'Think and grow rich' and Do & Grow Rich. Have a daily/weekly activity you participate in that will enhance your mindset to a richer vibration.
Take time everyday to think of reasons why you love your life
THIS IS THE KEY TO AFFIRMATIONS CHANGING YOUR LIFE.
Write, say, record the reasons why you love your life.
If it is one reason and the same one everyday so be it.
You must be grateful for your life now to appreciate your future. Remember, this is protected time.
Just between you and you.
Write down 10 sentences that you would like to come true in your life and read them out 3 times a day with your hand on your heart
I broke it down to keep it as easy as possible. Write down 2 sentences for each aspect of your life.
Examples for each as an idea
Career/Financial
"I attract multiple streams of income into my life by being open to opportunities."
Developmental/Educational.
"I read a new book every month that teaches me something new"
Physical/Health.
"I consistently go for a run every Sunday and I enjoy it"
Family/Relational/Social.
"I welcome love and beautiful friendships into my life."
Spiritual/Value.
"I open my mind and heart to all of God's plans for me- both challenges and blessings"
Read 'Think and grow rich'
Now go 'Do & Grow Rich'. Have a daily/weekly activity you participate in that will enhance your mindset to a richer vibration.
This is the action part of affirmations.
When you affirm the 10 sentences, in the early days you will not have full conviction or belief in it. It is very human of us to have a little self-doubt in the beginning.
But keep reading them every day, eventually you start to believe it more and more.
This is the one time lying to yourself is very beneficial.
Stay with me here.
Eventually, your behaviours and mannerisms change and your mind, your heart, your actions start to gravitate towards the very affirmations you say to yourself.
Our minds are strongly connected to our bodies.
You need a game plan.
Choose an activity every day /every week you do for 5 areas of your life.
It should not be difficult to embed in your life, it should be infiltrated into your life.
Make it an activity that feels realistic to do as you do not want to give up. Consistency is key when it comes to having a game plan.
Examples for each as an idea
Career/Financial

Every Monday Morning, I log onto a financial trading webinar
Developmental/Educational.
"I read a new book every month that teaches me something new"
I spend 30 mins on the way to work reading my chosen book
Physical/Health.
"I consistently go for a run every Sunday and I enjoy it"
Before the kids and the hubby wake up, I go for a run for 15 minutes on a Sunday
Family/Relational/Social.
"I welcome love and beautiful friendships into my life."
I send an appreciation or positive text message to 1 person a week
Spiritual/Value.
"I open my mind and heart to all of God's plans for me- both challenges and blessings"
I pray my 5 prayers and after each prayer I say one thing I am grateful for to God
Take on this activity, be consistent and life will change for you in the next months an years.
