I decided to kick off U.O.U with a battle I have overcome. Negative Self-Image.

I have finally come to the realisation that there is no such thing as being ready
I tell women, my family, my friends to be brave.
I tell my business partners to be brave.
So let me show you how brave I am being.
I decided to share 7 ways, 7 concepts and 7 exercises that will help you overcome negative self image. This takes time but you can do it. Baby steps.
Now I appreciate we all have a story to tell and my story may not be heart wrenching or painful.
But for me, it was painful, killing my energetic spirit and my world was crashing down.
I was hating who I was, had incredibly damaging negative self image and needed to find a way into a brighter place.
So what I really want to provide is practical steps. Practical steps I took to change my mindset into something more positive, beautiful and prosperous.
So I broke down how I overcame negative self image into 7 sections;
